SYNTHETIC TARGETS

Rather than targeting isolated proteins or even two different proteins, SYNTHBODY™ detects combinations of proteins on cancer cell surfaces, both proximal and distant, in a coordinated and logic-gated fashion. This creates a “synthetic target” that unlocks a potential log-order increase in ADC potency, specificity of targeting, multifunctionality, and logic control.

SYNTHBODY goes further with BIO-LOGIC control. Most bi-specific therapeutics utilize simple “AND” gates to enhance safety. SYNTHBODY BIO-LOGIC harnesses multi-layer logic control that incorporates “AND-BETTER”, “OR”, “AND”, “MULTIPLIERS” as well as spatial, temporal and conditional cues.

Like transistors, SYNTHBODY BIO-LOGIC product candidates are designed with multi-layer logic controls that allow them to adjust to different inputs that are defined by a given cancer cell, tumor environment, and/or physiologic state.
